the Little Ones on Kick Ass…
Hello hello,
Whoa, last news posting was last year?!?! Anyhow, here’s some newsworthy news…
We (The Little Ones) have a track featured in the upcoming film and soundtrack for Kick Ass. The song is called There’s A Pot A Brewin’ and is available now on iTunes and Amazon.
The film is an adaption of the graphic novel by Mark Millar and is out in theaters NOW. Well, best to check your local listings.

THE LITTLE ONES on YO GABBA GABBA // FRIDAY OCT 16TH
Greetings!
Our episode of Yo Gabba Gabba, entitled “Dress Up”, premieres on Nick Jr. on October 16th. As for time, it’s lookin like 10am PT/1pm ET? I’m no scientist so consult your local listing.
We will be performing “Lets Dress Up” and the episode will also have Mark Mothersbaugh in “Mark’s Magic Pictures”.
Some of you may of heard us on the “Find” episode where we did a version of “Hey, Won’t Somebody Come And Play” for an animation bit by Jesse Ledoux and PUNY. This song will be released on the Yo Gabba Gabba! Music Is Awesome album on October 15th.

A Little Update
Sorry it’s been a while since we posted any news. We’ve been busy writing in good old Uncle Lee’s studio. Things have been going well. It’s scary to sometimes create in a vacuum but we are loving the direction the new songs are going. We have some big news to come so stay tuned.

The Little Ones Head Into Uncle Lee’s Studio, Offer Mixtapes, & Podcasts
The Little Ones start work on new material in Uncle Lee’s Studio in Los Angeles, CA. According to Brian Reyes, ‘We’ll try to work our magic and hopefully something will get the feet tapping’. When asked what what the typical set-up is in the studio for the Little Ones, Lee LaDouceur responds, ‘A lot of shaker and dash of Margaritas’. Sounds like a recipe for success. They hope to offer demos and other interesting musical tidbits from Uncle Lee’s on their Little Feet Blog in the upcoming months. In the spirit of Summer, The Little Ones have created the Little Feet Mixtape which will be available for download on their Little Feet Blog. The Little Feet Mixtape features songs handpicked by the guys. ‘We hope to offer a mixtape every Friday that will be the soundtrack for your feet,’ says singer Ed Reyes. Ian Moreno also adds, ‘We will also be posting a podcast very soon that will contain some musical material and some commentary on various songs off Morning Tide‘. Our feet anxiously await.

The Little Ones play Santa Monica today
The Little Ones will be performing today at the 18th annual Santa Monica Festival-Revel With A Cause. Festival attendees will be treated to a celebration of Music, Art, and Dance. Admission is free and the festival will be held at Clover Park (2600 Ocean Park Blvd., Santa Monica, CA). The Little Ones perform at 5:00pm.
